Our Working Process
The steps are simple; the process does not interfere with your normal working day, and the key to a successful installation is in the planning; we ensure we have the solution before we commit to installing our system into your business.
AGREEMENT PROCESS
1. All Terms and agreements are (agreed) upon before any installation.
2. Rental agreements are delivered after the first face-to-face meeting and must be signed off before commencement.
3. Purchasing of a new garment conveyor or converting an existing conveyor is required before commencing an agreement being made.
4. The Red Box staff member must inspect your site before any approvals in installing a Red Box.
5. All shop front installations are paid for by the dry cleaner.
6. Rental agreements are signed before starting any installation.
7. Training periods and installation timing will be agreed upon before installation.

SMS Communication
We will send you an SMS message once the provider adds the order to the machine to keep you updated when your order is ready.
Customer support
The machine has your provider's direct contact information situated in the help screen on the front screen of the red box; additionally, we have an 1800 assistant line with a voiced prompt help system.
Fraud Detection
All red boxes have a CCTV system consisting of 4 cameras, observation dropping off and picking up. Another is pointed at the garment conveyor for true accuracy of what’s being taken off the garment conveyor.
