Our smartbox can fit and work with any garment conveyor with limited conditional requirements.

The auto garment pickup retrieval system is designed for Dry Cleaners to allow them to Pickup their customer’s dry cleaning faster, by integrating our technology with their existing garment conveyor.

To make any type of technology, a reason is the most important part of any development. The reason why the Auto Garment conveyor retrieval system was developed is to service the dry cleaners in providing a faster and more convenient way of picking up their customer’s dry-cleaning.

How it works

Moving the garment conveyor with DCME or through our mini touch screen

An optional screen in the point of sale software is available to move the garment conveyor to any set point.

Dcme Software

Loading ready orders for pickup

1. Press the load conveyor screen.
2. Press on your sales id.
3. Press load tickets.
4. Scan or type your ticket number.
5. Items for loading will show on the screen to confirm qty being loaded.
6. On the right will be 10 free locations ready for pressing for locating, a mini ticket will print on the locations you select. Place these tickets onto you completed order being loaded.
7. Press on the send button to complete the load function, if you have the Sms service connected a message will be sent to the customer stating the order is ready for pickup.

 Pickup

1. Enter the pickup screen.
2. Scan or type a ticket for picking up.
3. Press the activate conveyor, to move the conveyor with the ready order to the pickup point.
4. Complete the pickup.

An optional screen in the point of sale software is available to move the garment conveyor to any set point.

2. Press the clockwise or anticlockwise button to move.

INSTALLATION

• Positioning & Location.

• Size of the garment conveyor.

All of the above items are determined on a pre-installation costing.

A Red Box Technician will be required to install Auto garment retrieval system to your existing or new conveyor, at the dry cleaners expense.

All cost relating to the fitting is at the Dry Cleaners cost.

Electrical

All components are per-wired into a smart box and ready to be connected to a standard 10amp GPO outlet.

Technology

This technology was designed to automate the retrieval part of picking up an order on an existing garment conveyor.

By adding the Dcme point of sale software, the machine will give you the options to allocate the orders on to your conveyor using the ticket and slot number.

The days of trying to keep the tickets in to letter or number order are gone.

Servicing and maintaining

If the retrieval system is rented all servicing on the smartbox is free, please not this does not include your existing garment conveyor.

Training

All training will be provided on the day of installation, additional training is offered at an additional service cost.
